Great location, Peter and Damon are excellent to work with. Using it as our base we navigated thru the city via the subway , never having to take a very long ride to get anywhere. We will certainly be using it again in the future. The unit was very clean and well appointed.

refundable $500 security deposit for damages due upon arrival. Parties
greater than 4 will be charged $35/per night per person in excess of 4
people. $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 7 nights.
After-hours/Sunday/Holiday arrivals shall be subject to a $150 surcharge
unless you choose a self check in option.
